Latest buy: Bracelet for Breastcancer

In Denmark we have a organization that fights cancer (with research and awareness) called "Kræften Bekæmpelse". A couple of times each year they do campaignes to raise money. Their most famous one is the one they call "Støt Brysterne" which roughly means "Support the boobs". As you may have guessed it's for breast cancer which 1 out of 9 women get in Denmark. That's way too many!! My grandmother (on my dads side) had breast cancer many years ago. She survived, but she lost one of her breasts in the struggle. I had to admit that I'm TIRREFIED of cancer - it's such a horrible and evil thing so when ever I get the chance I like to support Kræftens Bekæmpelse. This time they made these bracelets (available in black, baby pink and purple) and they're only 25 kr (£3 /$5)! So I just bought it yesterday and I actually like the look of it too. I'm thinking of using it with a lot of other thin bracelets.

----------------------

how cool is it that you are living in Denmark?! I am almost 1/2 Danish. I have always wanted to visit. I wonder how long it would take to get from France...

That bracelet is cute! I agree with what you said about mixing it up with others. it would look great. And for such a good price & cause!
